Together, you and Dr. Cohen assess where you are, identify challenges, set achievable goals, and develop the strategies needed to reach them. You’ll leave each call with clear actionable steps, and the tools necessary to implement them.
Do you offer a Discovery Call?
Yes! A complimentary discovery call lets us connect, explore where you are now, and determine whether we’re a good fit before you commit. This is often where we begin shaping your goals together.
What is your Coaching style?
I provide supportive, challenging, and reflective coaching that pushes toward accountability and real results. I focus on uncovering limiting beliefs, expanding perspective, and crafting consistent, sustainable action. Emphasis on your priorities and principles, as well as who you are from core values to behavioral style which will be determining factors in crafting a tailored approach to a coaching program.
What is the contract for Coaching?
No long term contracts are necessary. Our coaching relationship revolves around your satisfaction with the service. If you’re not growing in the first 90 days, it’s either we are not the good fit, or you’re not committed to working the plan. In other words, if you are not making more money in 3 months you need a different coaching company. It always has to be a win-win relationship. We can review your investment options during your discovery call so you understand the commitment and value.
